RPO Continues to Grow

While internal recruiting staff cuts have hurt some businesses and employees, those same cuts are causing recruitment process outsourcing companies to see an increase in interest.

Employers who are realizing they will need to begin hiring again within the next few months, but have cut their own recruiting staff, are more and more turning to RPO providers. According to an article by Workforce Management, this trend seems to be across the board.

For instance, The RightThing, an RPO group based in Ohio, has signed three Fortune 500 companies during the past month, as those companies scaled back most of their own recruiting staff because of the economic recession.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing Companies Could Benefit from New Partnership

Companies in recruitment process outsourcing (Click here), staffing and advertising may be among those to benefit from a new partnership.

MAXIMUS Tax Credit and Employer Services, a division of MAXIMUS, Inc., recently announced its alliance with Broadbean Technology, a global provider of job advertisement distribution and candidate response tracking technology.

The partnerships will allow Broadbean’s current customer base, which is comprised of some of the world’s largest staffing companies, recruitment advertising agencies, technology vendors and recruitment process outsourcing businesses, to post openings on MAXOutreach, MTCES’ job recruitment and compliance solution.

Recruitment Outsourcing Company Opens Tech Center

The RightThing, a recruitment outsourcing company, recently announced the opening of its new technology center in New Hampshire.

The new facility will serve as the main development hub for The RightThing’s recruitment technology solutions, which houses technical scientists, developers, sourcing researchers and support staff. In addition, the center will house the company’s AIRS training division, which was formerly located in Vermont, as well as state-of-the-art training rooms and advanced tools to help with online recruitment training.

“This is an incredibly exciting time for us,” The RightThing CEOTerry Terhark said. “The new, cutting edge facility is evidence of our continued growth and will further enable our staff to engage in researching innovative and advanced recruitment technology and sourcing techniques to keep our clients ahead of their competition in talent acquisition.”
