Companies in recruitment process outsourcing (Click here), staffing and advertising may be among those to benefit from a new partnership.
MAXIMUS Tax Credit and Employer Services, a division of MAXIMUS, Inc., recently announced its alliance with Broadbean Technology, a global provider of job advertisement distribution and candidate response tracking technology.
The partnerships will allow Broadbean’s current customer base, which is comprised of some of the world’s largest staffing companies, recruitment advertising agencies, technology vendors and recruitment process outsourcing businesses, to post openings on MAXOutreach, MTCES’ job recruitment and compliance solution.
“While Broadbean has been a leader in providing technologically-advanced solutions to our media partners and clients, we are eager to broach a more traditional marketplace and provide advanced job posting capabilities to the MAXIMUS communities,” Broadbean Founder Kelly Robinson said. “Our interest has always lied in the ability to reach as many job seekers as possible. This alliance will afford even greater job posting options for our clients, as well as those that have come to rely on MAXOutreach.”
The solution links employers and community-based organizations in their effort to assist job seekers. The outreach tool currently includes more than 72,000 community organizations that can help employers find hard-to-reach, tax credit-eligible applicants.
Many of these job seekers do not have Internet access at home and depend on community-based organizations to help with job searching resources. MAXOutreach also helps employers exceed hiring requirements for Office of Federal Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunity programs.
By using MAXOutreach, Broadbean customers also will benefit from the system’s Work Opportunity Tax Credit screening, which will ensure they fully gain all the tax credits they’re eligible for based on current hiring practices.
“We are very excited to be extending our MAXOutreach and WOTC tax credit solutions to Broadbean Technology’s customers,” MTCES President Mark S. Andrekovich said. “We have identified a great ally in Broadbean Technology and, together, we are putting the right pieces in place to provide businesses with unique and cost-effective recruiting resources.”
