The RightThing, a recruitment outsourcing company, recently announced the opening of its new technology center in New Hampshire.
The new facility will serve as the main development hub for The RightThing’s recruitment technology solutions, which houses technical scientists, developers, sourcing researchers and support staff. In addition, the center will house the company’s AIRS training division, which was formerly located in Vermont, as well as state-of-the-art training rooms and advanced tools to help with online recruitment training.
“This is an incredibly exciting time for us,” The RightThing CEOTerry Terhark said. “The new, cutting edge facility is evidence of our continued growth and will further enable our staff to engage in researching innovative and advanced recruitment technology and sourcing techniques to keep our clients ahead of their competition in talent acquisition.”
The RightThing has been focusing on technology development as of late, earlier this year unveiling RecruitPoint, the company’s recruitment CRM designed to serve the needs of its recruitment process outsourcing clients.
The company also has enhanced and upgraded its SourcePoint software, including integrating with ZoomInfo and Jobs2Web. AIRS Training has seen the addition of the industry’s first social sourcing certification and a new line-up of classes focuses on social media.
