Their phone presence wasn't particularly engaging (I'm being quite generous in my wording here) - so, as a general catch-all, I asked "Tell me about what you're doing right now - I'd like to get a snapshot of your current situation". They replied "I'm watching a soap-opera" - it was at that point that I realized that this person was not likely placeable...
