A lot of people these days don't want to work for stuffy companies. The 'best company to work for' list typically includes employee friendly companies, although the stuffy companies would say too friendly. When I apologized profusely, the interviewer laughed and said, "If that word offends you or causes you any sort of concern, then you're not the right person to take this job, because you will hear it and probably say it a LOT."
